What do you do with my information?
Your questionnaire answers are only used for display purposes and are never sold or shared with outside parties. Answers are kept on our server for one month, then permanently deleted. We use analytics to improve the site, but this is not linked to your questionnaire data.
Can I just select 'yes' to everything, and just see my partner's answers?
You could do that, but that would also make you a dick.
What is a kink test?
A kink test is a questionnaire that helps you explore and identify your sexual interests, fetishes, and fantasies. Carnal Calibration is designed specifically for couples, each partner answers independently, and only mutual matches are revealed, making it a safe way to discover shared desires.
Is the kink quiz free?
Yes, Carnal Calibration is completely free to use. There are no ads, no paywalls, and no hidden costs. We offer an optional supporter tier for extra features like custom questions, but the core quiz is free forever.
How does the yes/no/maybe matching work?
Each partner answers every question independently with Yes, No, or Maybe. After both partners complete the questionnaire, the app compares answers and only reveals interests where both partners said Yes or Maybe. If one person says Yes but the other says No, neither will ever know, keeping things completely judgement-free.
Can couples take the test together?
Yes! Carnal Calibration is built specifically for couples. You can share a single device (taking turns), send your partner a link, or invite them via email. Both partners answer the same questions privately, and results are compared automatically.
What's the difference between beginner, intermediate, and advanced?
The intensity levels control how explicit the questions get. Beginner covers common fantasies and lighter topics. Intermediate adds more adventurous scenarios. Advanced includes the full range of kinks, fetishes, and taboo topics. You choose what feels right for you and your partner.
How and when are my results deleted?
You can permanently delete your results at any time from the results page, and they are removed straight away. Even if you do nothing, every questionnaire is automatically and permanently deleted from our server 30 days after it was created. Once deleted, your answers are gone for good, we cannot recover them, and neither can anyone else.
Do the statistics you collect contain any of my information?
No. We keep only anonymous, aggregate statistics, things like how many people answered yes to a particular question, in order to spot trends and improve the questionnaire. These are stored purely as running totals and counts, never next to your nicknames, your answers, or anything that could identify you or your partner. Once a total has been counted, there is no way to trace it back to an individual, so even after your own results are deleted all that's left is an anonymous number in a tally.
